Secondly: remember that when you click on search results private profiles will be "public" for you if you are logged in on Geni and they are within your own family.

As I said: The full name is available because the users have not used their options to hide their name. Personally I have removed the checkmark for "Let the public search for me".

What Geni SHOULD do is that this field should not be check-marked as default. Most people never does never now about their https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy settings, so being public as a user should not be default.

Public profiles is of course public, also for Google.
