Is he fictional????? or real???? In some trees he is listed as married to Mary Emery

Yes David - it seems that some one has made up another John Emery near matching John Emery to of his children were disconnected from him and added to tjis John EMery married Mary Whipple - I moved Reverend Samuel Emery and Mary Sawyer back under their proper parents - you can see that I left notes in the about me of both Rev. Samuel and Mary (EMery) Sawyer that they had been attached to John EMery & Mary Whipple and I also copy and pasted the entries from the 1890 book for each of them

If you think what I did was/is wrong feel free to change back
