Hans Søren Pedersen - DNA match - possible discovery

Hello,
I am trying to find the biological parents of my Great Grandmother, Birthe Christine Pedersen Gledis. She was born on 11 May 1855 in Helsingor, Tikjob Sogn, Kronborg, Denmark. By 1860, age 5, she was already living with her guardians, Conrad Carl Herman Frederick Gleditsh and his wife, Cathrine Marie Nielsen. I have been DNA Matched as a 1st cousin, twice removed with a descendant of Poul Willy Pedersen who was the son of Hans Soren Pedersen.

I would really like to find out who the birth parents were of my great grandmother and possibly find out how she came to be brought up by the Gledistch family.
