Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Tax Records, 1782-1860
Bensalem 1797 has Robert (137 acres) 3 horses, 3 cows; and a James (no land) 2 horses 2 cows; and a John no land 2 horses, 2 cows.

It looks to be that Robert is the best candidate to be the husband of Grace Searle as he is of the established landed gentry whilst the other two Searles are not as well to do.

"The petition of Charles W. Biles Administrator of the Estate of Grace Searle late of Bucks County decd was presented and read representing that the said Grace died on or about the year 1831 intestate bearing three children to wit Rebecca Slack, Mary intermarried with George Smith and Elizabeth intermarried with Joseph Randall and seized and possessed of some personal estate and a lot of about 16 acres of land situate in Bensalem Township adjoining lands with Evan Groom Augustus Willet[?] etc - that the said personal estate is insufficient to pay the just debts of said decd. as will appear by the statement here[?] affixed - therefore prayed the court to grant him an order of sale for the said real estate for the purpose of paying the debts aforesaid. Whereupon September 11th 1832 the Court awarded the sale and approved of John Parson and Jesse Finney as sureties."

[the [?] marks areas where I am unsure of the transcription.]

Unfortunately this does not tell her husband's name, although it adds a few children. I poked around a bit on familysearch and I could not find any estate documents or wills for either John or Robert Searle of Bensalem.

Although there was an 1817 will for John Searle of Middletown, which is close to Bensalem. While he does not name his wife, he does have a daughter called Sarah, a son John and a cousin also named John. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L99B-KV2R?i=219&am...
Although I think that John Searle of Middletown is different from John Searle of Bensalem, as the two of them are both listed on the 1820 census.
