This relationship is a hangover from seperating the Samuel Strout relationship with Eliza Ann Willoughby.
It seems more correct that Eliza Strout is the mother of Richard Wellesley Strout. This relationship exists but I have been unable to remove the erroneous relationship with Eliza Ann Willoughby.
