Hello, I just joined the project. I am part of Haplogroup U5a1g1. My maternal great grandmother was from Poland and she was at least half Ashkenazi. Surnames associated: Saletnik and Sajdak.

Hi! I am also quite new here. I am mostly from Norway, but my fathers father was danish. My father is atm. in Haploroup R1B and his mother was u4a.
My mother is U5a1, and apperenty related to the quite ancient cheddarman in Great Brittain who was U5a, I've read on another geneology page. Me , mum and her aunt compaired mum to the model they made of him from what they think he might have looked like, but we failed to see a striking similarity in their looks, to put it mildly. Anyway; I am exited to meet you :-)

Hello,
My great great grandmother was born Susan Pfadenhauer. Family oral history says that she was Pennsylvania Dutch/German. U5a1a2a

Hello!
My great great grandmother was born Katarina Zabadlia. She was Italian and Croatian. I believe I inherited my 2% Ashkenazim blood through her.
