Март Янов Пальм - Letter

The note is from the local community official from Vaimastvere stating that Mart Jaan's son Palm is born on 30 Oct. 1875 in Vaimastvere community in Rohe village. He had been registered as a member of the community until 1909. His nationality is Estonian, and he is carpenter by profession. He had left to Russia more than 20 years ago to find a job there. In 1909 he was registered to Omsk with his family. The community official sees no obstacles on his return to Estonia. His wife is Emilie-Luise, born 4. oct 1875 and son Vladimir, born in 1910.

I thought it was Mart's handwriting and now I understand why his son's name is written as Vladimir and not Voldemar in this letter, the community official did a mistake. Now I need to check Omsk metrics to find the exact born date of my great grandfather Voldemar.
