I've ran across time and time again sources claiming Sophie Eriksdotter Lövenbalk, great granddaughter of King Christoffer II of Denmark to be Klaus's mother and Lydeke Diekn / Djäkn as father but as of yet no concrete evidence has been found. If anyone wants a challenge to verify this you're welcome to try as if verified would open up new roads...

This has been noted to be a false claim so many times and in so many forums, please read the latest sources and facts in Äldre svenska frälsesläkter, then you´ll know.

Just curious as this info is still out there keeping the lie alive and i'm constantly looking for answers and to get the truth out. Have you possibly considered that these two below could be the same person?

I did see that! Thank you :) Confusing how there were two Sophie Eriksdotter Lövenbalk, makes it even more messy...Well thank you that sorts everything out for me, relatively new to this part of my ancestry / this family. Thanks for enlightening me.
