I do not think that Sophie Green was the daughter of Jacob Green, {Russia} and Celia aka Sara Green, {Russia|}. Jacob and Sarah (my great grandparents) had only four children: Anna Lewy (1883-1945), Louis Aaron Green (1885-1976), Naomi Green (1892-1894) and Morris Green (1893-1993). According to the 1910 census, Jacob and Sarah were born in Russia in 1860 and married in 1880, Jacob immigrated to the US in 1890, and Sarah immigrated to the US in 1893 along with with Louis (and presumably Anna, who did not appear on this census page because she was already aged 27, married to Herman, and had a 5 year old son Archie). My grandfather Morris was born in New York and also appears on the 1910 census.
I have contacted Private User, the manager of this profile, on 7/22/2017 and again on 3/27/2020 and asked her to please link Sophie Green to her correct parents, but received no reply, so today (4/2/2020) I am asking the Curators to please disconnect this link, along with the links of Jack Green and Hyman Green. All three of these profiles were added by the same manager Private User. As further evidence that Sophie, Jack, and Hyman Green were not the children of Jacob and Sarah Green, please notice that the profiles of Sophie, Jack, and Hyman indicate that they were all born in Warsaw, Poland, while the 1910 Census confirms that Jacob and Sarah Green (and their parents and their son Louis) were born in Russia and therefore not from Poland.
