Discharge given by Messire Charles Juchereau de Saint Denys (s) *, squire, advisor to the king, civil and criminal lieutenant general at the royal seat of Montreal, housed in La Rochelle with d'Iberville, both for him and for Anthoine Pascaud, both deputies of the colony of Canada to Louis Gaigneur (or Guigues?), farmer of the Domain of the West and of Canada, represented by the Sieur de La Roussellière. The discharge relates to the delivery of the portion of beaver pelts belonging to the Company of the colony of Canada, that is 731 bales and a half out of 975 bales in total brought from Canada in 1699. Two attachments: the invoice for said pelts; a copy of the minutes (on the back of which it is noted 'result to send to France') of the assembly held at Château Saint Louis in Quebec, October 18, 1699,
