The current GENI tree shows that Yaakov Yitzhak Halevi Horowitz-Lublin Chozeh has two fathers: Shmuel R and Avraham Eliezer Halevy Ish Horowitz. The two father's seem to be united by having a spouse named Beilah, but there is no indication I can see that both Beilah's are the same woman. Therefore I suggest to the managers that perhaps Shmuel and his Beilah be removed as parents of R; Yaakov Yitzach, unless there is a reason to keep this ambiguity going.
