Corrected the burial places. The bio parents got removed and the native folks of years of 7th generation atDna studies are now showing as Quakers none of the descendants claim, which would be hundreds including Lumbar River, Cape Fear, Old Cheraw, and most every Eastern Native cousin whose been working on the Paspagegh connection since 2012 together, so it would be appreciated if you put the Vann mother back and the Thomas Lightfoot who the Colonial Dames said was the acendant line of Sallie Lightfoot Lott. They don't. Did not mean to imply that. The cousins from all the various groups were ferreted to their own atdna routes and the one that went to each and all, we had representation. The correct parents for this particular group were painstakingly worked out for a very long time. I was hoping that Revision Tab would be a friend to all who may have to go there to see the bio tale. Or, the parents can be restored as before.

How is it possible that Thomas Lightfoot (1720 - d.) & Mary (Vann) Lightfoot (1715 - 1790) are correct parents? They are in the same generation as Frances GIBSON. And her supposed son Gideon Gibson, of the Pee Dee River shows a 1700 birth date.

Even if his birth date is off, his death date is firm. So his wife is presumably some 20 years before her children, meaning 1680s if Gilbert ll is accurate.

John Lightfoot that many thought was our kin was not the one married to Mary clack many people claimed Mary was Indian not the one living and died in 1747. Since Dorcas Lightfoot was born est 1766I don’t have it pulled up. Confusing family for sure in 1600 era is when a capt allowed his two boys to come and style in VA. This is not our kin yet. In those days being married or living with Indians your family would disown you or day dead. So what I have is Dorcas and Nancy Lightfoot their father was capt John Lightfoot born 1732 died before 1781 in NC. He was married to Catherine Norvell in VA.
