Smartcopy with Microsoft Edge on MacOS

Hi,
I'd just like to report that Smartcopy works fine with new Microsoft Edge browser on MacOS. Edge is based on Chromium and can install Chrome extensions. I clicked on Chrome Extension under Download and Install. You might add this info about MS Edge on MacOS there. Not sure about Edge on Windows though.

Thanks - I've updated the project to include Edge. It should work on any OS.

Hi Jeff, Edge on Windows won't be generally updated to Chromium based version for sometime yet, see here:

My current Edge version on Win10 is not updated to new Edge yet and does not support Chrome Extensions.

The title of that article is "Microsoft’s new Edge Chromium browser launches on Windows and macOS". You should be able to download the windows version here if you don't have it. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

Yes that's true Jeff and I actually did that and it works fine. I just wanted to point out that currently and probably for sometime yet to come, there are two very different "Edge" browsers out there: the "old" one that does not accept Chrome extensions and the "new" one that does. If it was me, I would label that link "New Edge" instead of just "Edge";)
