In the 1860 census Lucy is shown to be a Walker and not an Andrew. She is also shown to have been born in Vermont. Delia, the female head of house also is shown to be born in Vermont. In the 1910 census Lucy indicates her Father was born in Vermont and Mother in Rhode Island. It would appear Lucy was adopted into the Andrew Family and was possibly Delia's niece.
