Lt Thomas died 10/12/1671. If Timothy"s birthday is 9/29/1680, and his brothers later in the 1680's, due to his death in 1671 Lt Thomas Hurlbut could not be their father.
He was married to Sarah (Nye) Hurlbut. She was born in 1612 in Chippenham, England (Thomas also born in Chippenham) and died in Wethersford, CN in 1678, years after her husband's death.
