Is this Simon Simcha Wolff husband of Clara Wolff (Horn) and Rosa Levy Wolff (Stahl)?
The children of Rosa were born in East Frisia (Germany). Her husband was Simon Simcha Levy (!) Wolff. His wife Klara from Düsseldorf was murdered by the Nazis. Klara (born 1868) can't be the mother of Leroy (born 1856).
Simon Simcha Wolff's parents also only lived in Germany, never in St. Louis.
