I have a problem on Chrome that it does not allow me to copy all persons in one go for a profile selected
I have to go through each of them one my one and do the submit for all of them instead doingit for all after doing the corrections nessesary and then do big submit.

I am running smartcopy Version 4.6.12 is there ont that works better ???

/per

I disagree. By processing the profiles one by one, MyHeritage rearranges the order of profiles taking into account the amended value to you after the first one was downloaded and corrected. I have probably used SmartCopy at least 500 times in the last year or two, and I find it a lot easier to carefully examine the proposed information, making changes as noted before Submitting. It is harder to sort out and delete or combine duplicates after submission than it is to make remove of the obvious duplicates before they get added to an already long profile. One thing that would help to include in the SmartCopy's display of the contents of the selected profile's information (before final submission) would be to include parenthesized or bracketed year of birth of especially children & siblings. I don't know how much that affects the average user, but among ethnic groups who tend to use the same prenames for later births after an earlier birth who died, it would help a lot to avoid duplicate errors.

I started having the same problem. I could copy only info about one person at a time from FamilySearch tree. Using Chrome with SmartCopy 4.6.12

SmartCopy can work differently on different sites, so it can be helpful to specify on which site(s) you have a problem.
Also an example (with links to the Geni profile and the profile on the other site) will help to determine what can be the problem.

Right now, it does not work on any Geni profile. For example, for Dr. Walter Ehrlich it does nothing. Ditto for William J Odenthal or for Private

I can only copy into Geni, but I cannot query out of Geni

Reply to Rob : I have a problem on the Swedish "Svenska husförhörslängder, 1860-1947" / Swedish church books
To Paul : if you go through all before submiitng or doing it many times I don't see the diifeence . Doing it by hand sometimes gives you wrong dates this is more secure in that respect.

It works well on myheritage sites which might have an issue as do the church books
bur the church books are the nearest records you can get and even those are sometimes not correct and needs updating.

There has been a server problem with SmartCopy, The process has been restarted.
Probably that will not make a difference for these problems, but you could try again.
