My 3G Grandfather, Jesse King, was born 1809 in Massachusetts. His wife was a Lammon, unknown first name. Their sons Giles Gilbert King b.1834 and Charles W. King b. 1836 both born in Mass. Daughter Bethany King b. 1840 probably in Mass. but possibly in Michigan. I believe their mother died shortly after Bethany's birth as she is listed on the 1850 Michigan census living with the Bear (or Baer) family. I am trying to find out where they lived in Massachusetts before migrating to Michigan where they settled in Kalamazoo County. They seem to be closely related to Charles Lammon, Philo Lammon and other Lammons. These people were also in Michigan at the same time and in Webster Co., Nebraska in the 1870s. Any help or suggestions gratefully accepted.
