I am sorry for the confusion, "My Family" means my immediate family, from Christopher Day to my father who is a Day, and to my children who are Days.
I realize that for many it would be the same map up to a point.
What I would like to add are the distant related uncles and aunts and where they eventually settled., And the continuation to this day. (No need for names to be shown, I have found that at about the Great grandfather and great Grandmother point is the point everyone seems to be comfortable with sharing names, later than that just a color point on a vicinity map not the exact location would suffice, like Southern Chicago or Western Atlanta would be displayed.) FYI - I reside in the Myrtle Beach area.
John Day from Tennessee seems to be a point where many of us converge. Due to the fact he was the only one to survive the Indian attack that took the lives of his immediate family before that.
This John Day had many children, many settled in Tennessee and Kentucky, North Carolina, When I lived in Palm Springs I ran into a lady who was also a Day, she had told me about being from Tennessee, well I said I have never heard of any of my family being from that area, only the ones in Pennsylvania, well guess what? She knew more than I did at the time as this was before the DNA tests and sites available. Her and I were probably distantly related!
Ancestry.com Does have a map I have used and located myself on, and I actually see a distant relative only 40 mins from my location and many more across the country.
