My father was born William Harper Bullock in Hartford Connecticut. His mother Grace Harper told me she changed the spelling of the last name from h to k. My father also had epilepsy similar to Teddy’s young brother. I never met my fathers father. But my grandmother told me they were a well off family in Hartford Connecticut. I am trying to see if there was a link.
