Sarah Jane Sefton was my Dad's mother. Unfortunately Sarah died when Dad was only less than 1yr old. Dad was then looked after by Sarahs Mum until he was about 3yrs old as she sadly passed away. He was then bought up by his great aunt Margaret Cranston (McDonald). My Dad never got to meet his Dad as he was killed in a motorbike accident before Dad was born.Not sure where.My Dad was Leonard Robert Henry Hastings. His Dad's name was Roy Hastings.
