Ferdinand Johannes and Cornelius Johannes were the sons out of the marriage between Johannes Stephanus van der Merwe and Johanna Francina Elizabeth Van der Merwe. Her maiden name was Erasmus.
Maria Francina Elizabeth is incorrectly linked to all the children as mother. This can be verified in the Van der Merwe book.
