(county divided in 1770s and it would now be in Harford Co but it no longer exists). William Welborn is indicated as a resident of Frederick Co, MD land records of 1750-1755. By deed of 26 Sep 1753, William Welborn of Frederick Co, MD sold his interest in land left him in the will of his father Edward WILBOURN, of 23 Jan 1730-31.
