I have some pictures of Izidor, my great-grandfather with and without my mother (then about 3 years old). How do I insert? Could be interesting to be shared. Regards to cousins everywhere. Tony Frankel

Hi Tony
As some photos contain more detail than is necessary, I can only tell you what I do. I opt for portraits and use a program on my computer that allows me to isolate a head and shoulders image from a larger photo. I can then paste in that image from where I have stored it by double clicking on the photo silhouette on their Geni profile.

I add the photo in full and within Geni you can identify the face to the profile.

Photos with all their background add a richness to genealogy.
