Tracking the mutations of MtDNA Haplogroup H7a1b

There is a web page 'SNP Tracker' which maps the mutations of mitochondrial DNA. It gives the age of the H7a1b mutation (which I presume is 1393A) as 250 CE. Does everybody agree with that? I presume also that evrybody who follows this discussion has also the same mutations. I would upload the map to Geni but I don't know how.

Being normand of France, I am happy to have the same great-great-grandmother. It would therefore go back to the 100-year war or William the Conqueror.
