... but then it looks like there may be a missing generation of Luke, as the current children of that Luke II are born very late for his wife/wives ...

As Maven asked, sources for that 1739 Luke & his immediate family & details on his spouse.

There is this Abraham Dale Abraham Delaware Dale, but it originally only had a daughter Ann b. 1717, not an Elizabeth. Are they the same? And if that is the correct Dale family, we still need some confirming sources and details on that 1739 Luke Hanks family. so that we can further untangle this Hanks branch.

Based on those details (thank you!), I think I've gotten the spouses and children of Luke's I, II, and III (Luke Hanks, III) sorted out.

Their relationships are locked, so subsequent merges should not bring in additional children of each of them. I also set the MP flag on each of them (the Lukes, their spouses, and children), but I did not add any field locks (some were already set).

I added the "Will" above to Luke III.

Hopefully now y'all can continue to verify & add the details and get their spouses all "connected up" (e.g. Elizabeth Dale, Nancy Ann Harris, and all those Haynie spouses!).

Let us know if you need any Curatorial help (e.g. to fix locked fields, etc..). It'd be great if we can get the children of each of Lukes's siblings well-established, too, so their relationships can be locked.
