I am contacting you about this profile: https://www.geni.com/people/Elizabeth-Seymour-Countess-of-Rochester...
In regards to the message we received.
I find an Elizabeth Malet who became the Countess of Rochester at URL
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elizabeth_Wilmot,_Countess_of_Rochester
but she was the daughter of John Malet, of Enmore Manor, and Unton Hawley, daughter of Francis Hawley, 1st Baron Hawley. This does not appear to be the same person as you have here. If you have a source that shows that Elizabeth Malet Seymour, (born Palk) was the Countess of Rochester, I would be grateful for this source.
This should be addressed in the discussion tab - if revisions are needed, then perhaps a curator can guide us through revisions.
Do we have a curator and a group that is well versed in Beauchamp lineage- when we get to this lineage we do have names that can be similar- we need assistance here.
By his first wife he had three children;
Three documented Children with the marriage - somehow we picked up a 4th Child in our GENI tree??
1) Lt.-Col. Charles Francis Seymour (13 September 1819 – 5 November 1854), killed at the Battle of Inkerman
2) Frederick Beauchamp Paget Seymour, 1st Baron Alcester (12 April 1821 – 30 March 1895)
3) Adelaide Horatia Elizabeth Seymour (27 January 1825 – 29 October 1877), who married Frederick Spencer, 4th Earl Spencer, and was an ancestor of Diana, Princess of Wales.
Can someone explain how we picked up the extra undocumented child?
#4th child [Gertrude Elizabeth Seymour Gertrude Elizabeth Seymour]. ***** May NOT be the Child of Sir Horace Beauchamp Seymour and Elizabeth all documentation does not mention this child.
Back to the original message received Elizabeth Wilmot, Countess of Rochester (née Malet;[Notes 1] 1651 – 20 August 1681
Our Elizabeth Malet Seymour, Countess of Rochester 1793-1827 dates don't even match, nor the lineage- I believe the person that saw this was confused by the first name and title of Countess of Rochester- they lived and were born too far apart to be the same person and confused.
case closed with that issue- not the same person.
Ok, I hope I didn't confuse everyone having two different issues on one Discussion Tab
The Children pertain to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horace_Seymour
& Elizabeth Malet Seymour, Countess of Rochester
They had 3 documented - we have 4 ?

Added source file - we have a couple of GEDcom files with nothing to read attached, we need to find this source if possible and attach so readable or delete. Trying to get her and Sir Horace Seymour to MP and all links need to be working.
