My Ludwig G. Kaemmerer immigrated from Germany in 1881. I'm trying to find his place of birth. He was born October 1858. My DNA says I have ancestry in the region of Hesse and a scribble in my baby book has "Aschaffenburg?" written which would be the Hesse region. We were a small family and Ludwig died in 1891 of tuberculosis. Would love to find some relatives.
