Greetings all,

please find uploaded 2 documents addressing a number of questions and misconceptions of the lives of Mary Davis, her husband Thomas Bishop, and daughter Charlotte. I look forward with anticipation to the discussion these narratives should initiate.

The documents, "Mary Bishop ~ Her X Mark" and "The Mysterious Mrs Mary Bishop" are on the MEDIA tab, and can also be found online at https://bishopsinoz.weebly.com/

cheers, Jon.

Hi, Could you please outline the questions that you have so that we can look into them.

Thanks
Leanne

Greetings Leanne,

No questions, done the research already, looking for discussion + feedback.

These narratives provide alternative outcomes to those presented in the current profile..... and also credibly addresses the question originally posed by Mollie Gillen .... "Why did Mary use the name Bishop ?"

Did Mary marry Samuel Day ? .... NO.... (His spouse was Mary Bolton.)
Did Mary marry Thomas Bishop ? ..... YES ...... in 1790 ..... NO (Nov 1791)
Was Charlotte born in 1791 ? ..... unlikely ..... (more likely, mid to late 1790).

These outcomes are based on thorough research including freshly uncovered documentation, all of which is detailed in the narrative .pdf files. One would need to read the narratives to appreciate the insights and logically drawn conclusions.

Perhaps Mary's profile will then reflect the latest research ?

cheers, Jon.
