I have been trying to reach out to anyone associated with the memorial, in order to find out more about its history, the benefactors, etc, but I’ve been unsuccessful. I’d like to find out who was involved from my family, such that my great grandparents’ names are on the memorial. Is anyone from the project familiar with the memorial, or does anyone have a current contact who can offer access to the history of the memorial?

Hi Paul, If you are on Facebook, there is a Stolin group there. Not sure if anyone may know, but it's worth asking. My Dad was from Stolin, settled in Detroit... Elyn

Yuri Dorn is a researcher in Stolin. He is on the Stolin Facebook group.

Aaron Houseman has researched many families from Stolin through cemeteries in the US and Israel (Stoliner synagogues based on the Perlow rabbinic family in Detroit, NY, and Israel). He compiled a history for his synagogue in NJ.
