Is he the father of chief thomas black hoof out of kansas? Thomas is the grandson of chief blackhoof of ohio. I have been having difficulty finding his father. Blackhoof jr. Is the only one i see who died in kansas and i am hoping someine can help me find the link.

I went into the links that were listed on "Chief" Black Hoof's profile and between reading them, researching on line and a few other "sketchy" references, have somewhat built up his children some as far as birth death date/locations. Don't know that this will help you though, may just have created more confusion. What references do you have for Chief Thomas (the grandson) you are referencing? It appears as Black Hoof #1 had a son Thomas also with another wife which was born circa 1790.
