Are others having trouble with Flash Player? Mine is blocked. How can it be unblocked?

Better get used to it - Flash will be gone for good in about a year, or possibly less.
It's basically Adobe's fault for getting fat and lazy and refusing to fix security holes and other problems. So now everyone is jumping off the Flash bandwagon and Adobe is cutting its losses.
