spouse 2 - married in 1837 to Elizabeth Hill, 2nd wife (1832-1894) - daughter of George St Clare and Eliza
* 1838 John Hill, Infant
* 1844 William Hill, Free Settler "Irene" 1852

The dates on his second wife do not appear to be correct - if she was born in 1832 she would not be the mother of children born 1837-1847.

Can anyone add any information on this family?

Both Alexanders 2nd wife Elizabeth and his daughter Elizabeth from his first wife have the same birth date 11/11/1832 Ireland so it looks like the daughters date was incorrectly put into the wifes.
