The listed parents for William seems too young?

I believe that we may have the incorrect parents listed for William Lowe. His attached parents Col. Vincent Lowe, Esq. and Elizabeth Coursey did not have issue according to the Magna Carta Ancestry: A Study in Colonial and Medieval Families, 2nd Edition, 2011 and Vincent's will makes no mention of any children either.

Detached parents.

William Lowe Shows the same death date / location.

“William Lowe, Sr. or I of Baltimore County, Maryland, may have been the William Lowe transported to Maryland in 1658 and may have been a brother, son, grandson, or cousin of Vincent Lowe, Sr. or I. William died early in 1719, certainly by June 15 of that year, married Temperance Pickett, daughter of William Pickett and Elizabeth Heathcoat. Children: William, Jr. or II; John [?], evidently married Elizabeth; Sarah." (My Lowe Family" from MY GREER AND RELATED FAMILIES, Vol. II, pages 160 - 161, by Clayton Alvis Greer, about 1975.) (NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: William Lowe, Sr. did not marry Temperance Pickett, but his son, William Lowe, Jr. did, as shown above by Barnes.)“

Are the dates correct? Did one of the William’s pick up the other’s death date? Or are they the same person?
