This Profile on Geni currently shows TWO wives.

This website was possibly used as a source for that: https://genealogy.lubetkin.net/lubetkin/d1.htm#i103
According to it, Nathan married Sarah around 1880.
And it says "Nathan next married someone before 1908."

I think this is an error. I think it was Sarah that had a second spouse, not Nathan.
Does anyone have any documentation or information to support the idea that Nathan married a second time

For anyone interested, this is the Find-A-Grave Entry for the Sarah they say was the spouse of Nathan Lubetkin -- ie, that would be Sarah Lubetkin Rabiner - entered under her final last name, and with both husbands listed (and given the dates, clearly "our" Nathan).

Can anyone confirm or disprove that this is she?

familysearch includes, in New York, New York City Marriage Records, 1829-1940 the record of the 1910 Marriage of Meyer Rubiner to Sarah Lubetkin -- consistent with Find-A-Grave above.
And the record shows Sarah's Marital Status as Widowed and her father as Abraham Goldberg - again, consistent with the Hebrew shown on her Gravestone (pictured in Find-A-Grave) for her father.

This is that find-a-grave link: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/65889742/sarah-rabiner

On the other hand, on her Death Record her Father is Abraham Cohen, vs. Abraham Goldberg on Marriage Record; and MN Mother is Malka Schoen vs Minnie Sidorsky on Marriage Record [aside, Minnie / Malka can easily refer to same person]
-- On Death Record, she is listed as 76 yrs old => b: abt 1860, and she is listed as born in Poland, in the US for 46 y - implies immigrated in 1890 - this is Majorly Not Matching.
