Today I removed the parents attributed to Mary, as Nathan Dicks and Mary Ballinger did not have a daughter named Mary. Furthermore, Nathan Dicks was born in 1730 and Mary was born in 1740; it isn't possible that he would be her father.
There are several other Nathan Dicks from PA; son of Peter, son of Joshua, son of William and none of them had a daughter named Mary born in or around 1740. If you have documentary evidence otherwise, please provide. Thanks!
