Based on my research I confident that Lazar Mashbir (Eleazer Solomonoff Mashbir, LL.B.) is the same person and the profiles should be merged. Lazar's sister Esther was married to Sidney 'Schneur' Bailey who is one of the founders of the Am Olam movement. If you visit the profiles you will see that there is a picture of Sidney and Esther from 1932. Sidney Bailey's memoirs were written in Yiddish but translated in the book "Jewish Agricultural Utopias in America, 1880-1910" by Uri D. Herscher and available online at the following link - https://digital.library.wayne.edu/item/wayne:WayneStateUniversityPr.... The entire translation is from pages 134 to 159. He discusses Lazar a few times, especially discussing his dealings back in Balta where the family originated. Check out pages 143, 155, and 157 for the best descriptions about Lazar. It is also mentioned in the book "To the Other Shore: The Russian Jewish Intellectuals Who Came to America" by Steven Cassedy that Eliazer S. Mashbir was a member of Am Olam - https://books.google.com/books?id=XVEABAAAQBAJ&pg=PA69&lpg=....
