Jacobus Petrus Joubert - Parents

Aderjan is how people who could not really spell spelt Adria(a)n. Seems to be the correct father give or take all the names and that they can be mixed up ito order.

Issue: Cannot really see your source - just shows a blank screen. Also for the others where you quote sources - all blanks! - but now a bit late and lazy to go and find it myself.

On the profile of the father - someone went to great lengths to type out the ancestry and children:

where the dates match for this son e2f1. I presum this would be SAF/SAG source.

Hmmm found the Death link and went there manually - located here:

Although this Jacobus Petrus JOUBERT was married to Steyn and De Beer, he was not born 1825 which would be consistent with the age at death (of 47 years old in 1872)

This Jacobus Petrus is documented to have been aged 50 to 51 in 1872 which for me makes it plausible enough to attach the wives and children to a new Jacobus Petrus with those set of parents. So I went in search for another one and FOUND him!

It is on page 249 of SAF V18. So the e2f1 Child did not marry STEYN and DE BEER, rather it was b10c6d4e1f1 - SAF is wrong ito of e2f1.
