My Hoke family members match dna on Ancestry with Roadman descendants of Johann Ludolf Roadman and Eve Byerly Roadman. My 3rd grgrandfather, Thomas Hoke, was married to Elizabeth and they have male descendants with the middle name of Rodman/Roadman. Thomas and Elizabeth lived in Westmoreland Co, PA before moving their family to St Louis, MO. They lived near a George Roadman family (brother to Elizabeth) in the St Louis, MO area.
I found on the internet that the DAR has an application for this Roadman family but I cannot find it. Has anyone checked this out with the DAR and found a record? I would love to hear from other Roadman descendants. Sincerely, Lena Yates Seng
