Merge them, but you have probably made that impossible by removing all the names

Since it looks like you are the only user in this tree you can probably just close you account to get the whole tree deleted and start over again with a GEDCOM import.

Check up https://www.geni.com/account_settings/close_account to see if one of the options is to delete the whole tree.
