A closer look at the sources for his parents creates a doubt that William Luttrell Stanford and Mary Poe were his parents. This connection has been repeated several times in other trees without reliable sources connecting them. The only source I find for his birth so far is "Family Data Collection" (unreliable) listing the father as William Stanford. Any further information is appreciated.
