I'm looking for the birth of Anders Jørgensen (b. ca 1777 d 1841) husband of Maren Christensdatter (b 1789-1859). Any ideas as to his parentage? I've searched Hjørring Amt and have not found anything until he marries Maren in 1812.
The person who I'm helping research, he and I are related via Y-DNA and this is his direct line. My family is from Åsted which is just two parishes away.
