Josiah Carrico - Picture on Josiah Casrrico's profile?

Can anyone identify the children in this image?

While the name associated with the image file says "Josiah & Mindy Carrico", it clearly could not be this Josiah Carrico as he would have been an adult by the time this picture could have possibly been taken.

Getting a descendant list of his father, there are two other Josiah's which might be possible:
Josiah Carrico
and
Josiah Carriço Reeves
The latter has a sister Arminta, who might have been known as Mindy.

Or it could be of a completely different family branch...
