It appears someone has incorrectly transcribed the biographical information for Roderick Macleod WS.

This text appears INCORRECTLY ascribed:
“Second son of William Macleod of Luskinder, Inverness-shire. Died: 26th June, 1784. Mar. (1) Isabel, only daughter of Hector Bannatyne of Kames, Buteshire; and (2) Marjory, daughter of John Taylor, Writer in Edinburgh. Father of Sir William Macleod Bannatyne, one of the Lords of Council and Session.

The text on Page 136 actually reads:
“MACLEOD, RODERICK 7th March 1732
Apprentice to (1) Ronald Campbell; and (2) John Buchanan ~Second son of William Macleod of Luskinder, Inverness-shire. Died 26th June 1784. Mar. (1) Isabel, only daughter of Hector Bannatyne of Kames, Buteshire; and (2) Marjory, daughter of John Taylor, Writer of Edinburgh. Father of Sir William Macleod Bannatyne, of the Lords of Council and Session.”

Please provide the source data for the birthdate ascribed as October 13, 1718 otherwise it appears that the best date to use is 7th March 1732 as documented in the A history of the Society of Writers to Her Majesty's Signet; Page 136.
