I'm trying to track down the family of Elmar Kuuse. The Elmar Kuuse I am looking for was married to a Liisa Jalakas...who was first married to Peeter Kalam. She would have likely married Elmar in 1926 or after. I know nothing of this man at all. They lived in Tallinn, but I'm not sure if that is where he is from. I was told he died in the War, but again, not sure if that is correct.
