John M Spencer - His Parents

I looked at revisions, and didn't see anything too odd there ... but there were some poor merges in that supposed father Samuel which led me to remove that couple as this John's parents. That led to some other 'supporting' branches for this John M. Spencer. In the process of "following" all those links, I ended up 'numbering' the John Spencer generations to help clarify the generations.
