@ Daughter: Eleanor Watterud Wagner was a very accomplished woman. She was a Fixed Based Operator of the Thermal Airport and a fierce competitor in the aviation world. She was a member of The Ninety-Nines International Organization of Women Pilots. THe Thermal Airport has been renamed the Jacqueline Cochrane Regional Airport.
Eleanor also had a column in the Desert Sun newspaper in Palm Springs, CA as she wrote many articles on movie stars.
Her brother William Watterud remained in North Dakota until his death.
