Mette Marie Moldrup - Change Marie to "Maria" and deatt to 1778

1) the lithograph is not a primary source. 2) she was baptised Mette Marie, however she is mentioned as "Mette Maria" when she was married in 1719. She was buried March 11, 1779 in Estvad church, the death date is not stated.

You need to give it up, Jens. There's no need to fight about everything. You're just the type that doesn't like to be wrong.

Just add the documentation with the attributes. We always need back up documentation with attributes.

Even name changes need documented proof.

I don't fight. I don't mind about the name since both versions "Marie" and "Maria" have been used. Since I have the burial date March 11,1779 from Estvad churchbook (a primary source) I see no reason to accept the information from the print.

Usually, need 2 or more good reliable sources of proof, not just a photo, or someone wrote it on a ancestry tree or photo, lithograph. Then we have to add the attributes to the source.

You will find all original source data (churchbooks) as links in the section "Timeline". Of course, you need to be able to read early 18th century Danish.

Find your sources, mark them consider which would be the best source. Then reference your source with attributes.

I'm always careful when changing names, must have back up documentation to change the name.

Be sure and make big notes why you're doing this, so somebody does’t come right behind you and change it back.

They didn't read the Wills or documentation.... Just went to town and merged files. Messed it up then Locked it!!! 😎 think I'll go on vacation

They go in and completely change a profile that has been well documented with everything attached. Profile written with all notated.

They don't read it anyway! Hahaha I guess they can't read🤓

Everyone, needs to be nice, Jens is just trying to do the best job possible to make sure GENI standards will match for The World Tree. Be patient because everyone works differently. I'm a detail person like Jens, some people are not, but just step back and let it be. Hugs everyone .
