Gyles Long - Longe / Long Family Bad Merges

I see the Overview makes no sense. The children said to be from a second wife were born after she is said to have died.

son: John Long (1560–1596)
son: Joseph Longe (1580–1606)
son: Richard Lange (1606–1660)

I found primary sources for the London / Holborn family of Gyles Longe and Margaret Pennell with children Richard, Robert, Joseph, Jacob, Gyles and Anne. That family is mostly cleared up.

Now we need to work on the Dunstable family and hopefully find good sources for it. There are 4 - 5 wives and lots of inconsistencies in the material in the Overview of Gyles Long, of Dunstable.

Any updates?
I also believe that Gyles Long of Dunstable’s son’s death was later. Joseph James Long 1580-1651. This aligns with the well documented story of Joseph John Long 1605-1651 returning to England to settle his father’s estate and a shipwreck on return to the Colony (wife was Mary Lane (Wilcox).
I’m also not sure if these are two families or one.
