Source to be added about the 15 28 SNP into the source of this profile. Problems: When the merge into this line happened, this Anne Herring has problems. No primary source provided except SNPs are accepted if able to be reduplicated in group browsers, which this one is. Then, the other problems are these: More than 22 year age difference between Ann Williams, Yeopim and her husband Nottoway Cheraw Leader, John Williams, III.Nottoway Cheraw Leader, John Williams, IV born before the birth of his mother Ann Williams, Yeopim. Sarah (Williams) Castellaw born before the birth of her mother Ann Williams, Yeopim. To fix this, I am going to give my opinion on it after I look at it closer, so thanks for your patience for my opinion.

It is okay to disconnect Ann (Williams) Herring from her incorrect parent John Williams of Nottoway Ancient Planter and Page Mother. She is mentioned as the well loved of 3 named daughters, expressly stated, in the will of John Williams of Roquist Swamp.

This disconnect still hasn't been done and it's throwing off my connections on Geni. Please help! Thanks!

That is due to a lock until all the various Williams are studied. Elizabeth Ann Williams is a profile that is confligrated to 2 different John Williams and it is being studied if she is the spouse of the son of the Horse Spring John Williams. So, when it gets unlocked, the duplicate same profiles for Whitley folks need merging. Then the duplicate Horse Springs group need merging. The granddaughters stated on the will of the Horse Springs which is Nottoway John Williams are in his will named as Brigett and Ann. They both married Browns and it took ydna on the Browns to figure out which Browns. Now, it's down to which kids belong to Elizabeth Whitley and which kids belong to Ann Shoemake for the Horse Springs group. It's getting there. Only once it gets there, will need to for sure lock it all down all the way around.

I thought this had been studied and restudied and 2/23/2020 you posted to disconnect the incorrect parents. It keeps running my paths thru the adopted parents instead of my biological line, which is why I was following up. Not meaning to be a pest about it. I thought since you had previously posted to disconnect from the adoptive parents that was a green light on that. I'll wait until y'all get it sorted, as we all definitely need it to be correct.

There's confligration within all the John Williams' profiles, the one who gave his plantation to Robert James Williams in IOW, the one who lived on the Horse Swamp of the Nottoway River, and the one who lived over north of Indian Woods at Roquist Swamp.

Yep, I was wondering about that. My direct is the one from Roquist Swamp and recently seeing that that is the same swamp the Indian Woods reservation Tuscarora lived in, made me wonder what his connections might be since I don't have anything on him other than his father was supposedly named Thomas. I don't have his mother's name or her connections. All those same-name folks have been a huge challenge to sort out.

The Tuscorora Treaty disallowed them access to land north of the Indian Woods River.
That was in 1703. Those moving into their land would have had to go through the designated translator to contact them.

Thanks for that info.
